People get fired sometimes because of some reasons. They feel like that they got rejection from the company. It makes them so sad. If they have not had a job for many years, they will lose their confident. They need to get a job as soon as possible. Millennials that people were born in 1975 to 1989 are suffering to look for the jobs. They are having an experience about that they got rejected from someone who is a manager or companies. The experience makes you stronger than before. They do not know about your personality because they are just evaluated to your resume not your personality and skills. Richest Asian man named Jack Ma could not get a job in KFC and he had a lot of rejection such as falling entrance exam and could not get accept from the police department in his country. He decided to improve his life better so he went to the local hotel by bike to speak English. Then he became a translator. After that, he made his own business called Alabama. Now, he is a billionaire but he needed to get an experience of rejection and poor. If people say to “no”, you have to push yourself to achieve your goals. You have to keep continuing to achieve your goal so you should not go to easy way. The struggling is important to grow up your skill and level. Your motto must be “Never give up” because you need to maintain your goal in your mind all the time. you cannot excuse anymore to get your goal. The success will be defined that how many times you took a risk in your life.

              There are several planets in the universe. However, human beings live in only earth which means they do not know about the other planets. We created the rocket to visit the other planet and universe. There are some other planets such as Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. People only found these planets but there probably are some other planets in universe. They are interested in visiting Mars in these days. I would like to visit Mars in the future because of adventures, something new, and changing my life.

              First of all, there are adventures if I visit Mars because I am going to the place where I do not know exactly. There will be something that I have never seen before my life. I will enjoy the journey because it is going to be space adventure. If I find something that is useful for the people, I can contribute to the other people because I found the materials that make people’s life better. For example, there will probably be some new materials in Mars because it is not well known planet. I would like to see inside of Mars. Visiting Mars is adventure for me.

              Second, there will be something new in Mars. I will be able to find the new creatures and materials in there. People can learn from these ones because they have original characteristics. People can make a new medicine from their information and also they can make new useful products. It will be their ideal products because they will invent the unbelievably great things. If the planet is different, material and creatures are different. They have not seen inside of Mars at all. There is a lot of useful information in Mars that is why scientists are trying to explore it. I think there are a lot of new things in Mars.

              Finally, changing my life is one of reasons to visit Mars in the future. If I go to Mars, I will have a new experience to improve my life. If I could not find something new, the experience will be helpful for me. People always desire to change their lives but this experience will be trigger to change their lives because they can see a lot of new things or creatures in Mars so they get inspiration about making something new or great idea of improving people’s lives. I also will change my life because of visiting Mars. Everybody cannot get the experience of space journey. It will be rare but this journey is worth to buy or take.  I think visiting Mars will be changing my life.

              Adventures, something new, and changing my life are the reasons why I would like to visit Mars in the future. The experience will be useful for everyone because there is no space journey yet. In the future, there will be space journey; people must go to this journey because it will help to improve their life. If people have opportunity of going to Mars, they have to go there because they can get adventures and find new things. It will help their lives better because after they come back from Mars, they have different point of view from other people. They come up with some ideas to make world better so going to Mars makes change their lives. If I do that, I can also change my life. 

Why Learning From The Past Is Your Greatest Tool For Success.

 People always think about how to success in their life. There are a lot of information how to success in their life. People can set the goal and stick to it to achieve the goal. This is the one of the formulas of success. There is another way of success. Learning from past is most important thing to be successful person because of evaluating your past things you have done, recognizing your happiness, and making different way of practice.

First of all, you should evaluate your past you have done. You need to know about your things to do recently. You will not able to see your things that you have done for long time ago. The things you have done lately are better than the things you have done for long time ago.

Second, you can recognize your happiness about your process to success because you will know that you are growing up. You will be able to do the things you could not do easily. You will know how to do quickly or powerfully. When you work bench press in the gym, you cannot lift the heavy weight but after you learned from your past, you can lift the heavier weight than before because you will get used to lift up the heavy weight.

Finally, you can make different way of practice. You will probably set the goal first. You can also practice differently so you do not have to practice with same way of others. If you want to get a change your consequences, you have to change something. You will not able to get someone else’s goal. You need to stick to your goals. For example, you set the goal to meet three new people every day but you only met a person yesterday. Then you have to try to meet three people tomorrow. Even though you could not make it, you have to stick to it until you achiever your goal.

Evaluating your past things you have done, recognizing your happiness, and making different way of practice are three reasons why you have to learn from the past you have done. If you learn from the past, you can achieve your goals.

I agree this idea because of specific information, anonymous affection to human being, and leading to protect the species. First of all, there are some specific information about the species. In other words, they have some own original information about it. All species have different information such as chemicals and living their own life. If scientists research these species, they can get some information from them because they have some effective information to make new medicine for human being. However, when they became extinct, they lost their information. They will never research the species because they are not existing anymore. That is why the author said “We are burning an irreplaceable book of information.” Second, they affect anonymously to human being because their information is useful to make a new medicine. When people successes to make a new medicine, their life will be changed dramatically. They can cure their disease because of the medicine so they can live longer than before. The situation makes them and their family happy. However, when the species became extinct, they will not able to make a new medicine anymore because they will not refer to their information. Finally, this idea lead to protect the species. The information is important to make a new medicine. When people recognize that idea, they will care about environment because they knew the extinction of species was caused by air pollution. They problems made by human beings. If they care about the pollution of the earth, the species will not became extinct because they can live in clean environment. If so, they can make a new medicine for curing serious diseases by searching about species. Specific information, anonymous affection to human being, and leading to protect the species are three reasons why I agree with the author’s idea.

There are a lot of athletes all over the world. People expect that they should be perfect lives. They sometimes become a famous people because they appear on television during the Olympic game. They are representative of their own country. That is why people expect that they should be good people. However, it is not fair to expect athletes to live up to such high standards because of three reason such as private, normal person, and not related to the sports. First of all, they have to practice a lot of time to get a great result in Olympic game but after they finish their practice, they can go back to home and have a private life. People do not deserve to see their private life. For example, they are having a dinner with their friends in the restaurant, people have to let them alone because they are having a private time. Second, the athletes are normal person not a celebrities. They do not have to have a life whatever they want except committing a crime.  People should look at them as a normal people because they are just attending Olympic game. Appearing on television is not their job. They are really good at sports but they are still normal people. Finally, that is not related to sports if they are having a high standard life. Being athletes is not enough reason why they have to have a perfect life. They have to get a great result so they have to care about their health but they do not need to care about their life because it is their decision to have high standard life or not. Private, normal person, and not related to the sports are the reasons why people should not expect that athletes lead to perfect lives.

Sometimes people say “Maybe” to other one but it does not make your life happy. It will effect to your relationship and friendship. If you fed up with your life, you should not say it to improve your life. There are five different ideas that you should not say “Maybe” such as mandatory things, seeking your passion, relationship, living own life and making a diction. First, even though you say it, you have to do your mandatory things. You have to do as soon as possible. You should not be a procrastinate person. For example, you do not do your homework until last day. It is possible to be late to turn it in to your teacher because you did not do it. If you do not do your homework, you are going to be failing the class. If it is mandatory, you have to do as soon as possible. There is no choice to say “Maybe”. Second, seeking your passion is important for your life. If you do not have a passion, your life, action and work will be boring because you will not feel about excitement to them. However, if you have a passion to everything, you can enjoy your life because it makes you enthusiastic person. You should keep trying to getting passion in your life. Next, there is no “Maybe” in a relationship. If someone falls into love to other one, his emotion will be moved but if you do not decide loving him or her, the relationship will be ruin. You have to decide that you love him or her or not. Fourth, you need to live better life. If you do not enjoy your life, you have to change your life. However, most people do not want to change their lives so they just do not want to decide yes or no. If you want to live your own life, you have to make a decision. Finally, you have to make a decision by yourself. You should decide as soon as possible about something. You should not be procrastinating person your decisions. If you avoid your decision, you will waste your time so you should make a decision to save your time.

Talk it Over

            People have different personalities for each person. Their personalities made by some influences. There are three factors that influenced my personality such as my gender, Japanese culture, and reading books. First of all, my gender influenced my personality since I was born. I am a Japanese man so I could not cry easily in front of people when I was kid because my parents did not allow me to cry because I am a man. I think a man who is crying quickly is a weak person. This is my sense of value so it was created by my gender. If I were a girl and cried quickly, my parents do not say anything to me because Japanese girl can cry any reasons. Second, my personality was made by Japanese culture. When Japanese people meet some other people at the first time, they tend to be modesty. They have to respect other people who is older than them so I have to use polite Japanese words to them in Japan. I respect to other people, family and my friends. If I was born in other country, I may not use a polite words to elder people. These are a part of my personality. This culture effected to make my personality. Finally, reading books effected my personality because I have read a lot of Japanese books since I was a kid. I have to read a lot of books in the school and this was mandatory. Books told me a lot of things such as how to be an enthusiastic person and how to be happy in my life. I learned Japanese and world histories from my books. These experience made my personality. My gender, Japanese culture, and reading books influenced my personality.

Super Bowl Breaks US TV Viewing Record

              There is National Football League’s championship on this Friday. New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks were having a game in Phoenix, Arizona. A lot of American people watched this excellent game and they were excited when they were watching it. When I was in MU building to watch the show, many people screamed and excited to watch the game. New England Patriots won this game so they became a champion team. The score was 28-24 so it means that it was so close game because this is the game to decide the champion team. It should be high quality game and it was so good game. 114.4 million American people more than last year’s number watched this show on TV even though they do not know about the football rules. They can enjoy the game with their family, friends, boyfriend and girlfriend. This was a kind of sports festival for American people. According to NBC Sports Group Chairman Mark Lazarus, there was announcer who can speak Spanish. Then Spanish people could enjoy this show in their own language via NBC Universal cable network. 600,000 people were increased by this reason in this game. American people have been watching this game since ling time ago. It is a yearly event. High number of people watched the fourth quarter scene because Seattle Seahawks intercepted to make a winning. $4.5 million dollars was paid for broadcasting the just only 30 second commercial because advertisers expected to be a big number of people gathering in front of TV.

              If there are low gas prices and much money, Americans are going to go to the trip to outside of their country such as Cuba and Myanmar. Even though American economy went down, Americans had tripped to international countries. They are going to trip to there many times as well in 2015. Mexico is the one of the most popular country for them. They prefer to go to the resorts in Cancun, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta and also will visit their family and friends as well. There are many people who will drive a car to go to Mexico. They also will go to Canada by car. However, 6 million American people took flight to Mexico and 3.8 million people went to Canada by plain. Approximately 2.5 million people are going to United Kingdom so this is the next famous place for them but most of them are business people. Americans care about reputation about the countries where they are going. They were used to go to Los Cabos and Cancun, Acapulco but these places are dangerous now so they tend to go to local area because these are safe places. However, the number of Americans who visited Egypt decreased these days so Egypt is trying to get back to the customers but there are some problems about it. They have to pay a lot of money to get there. They can go to Thailand if the government solves the political crisis. President Obama is trying to help Cuba and Myanmar and Americans want to go there if these countries will be safe destination. Americans have a dream to go to Europe countries if they have enough money and gas prices are reasonable.

The E-Factor

              There are two types of people all over the world. The one is enthusiastic people who can give people positive effects. The other one is people who is not enthusiastic and they tend to think negatively about all kinds of things happened around them. Some people are more enthusiastic than other people because they learned encouraged behavior  from their family. They became an enthusiastic people by the effect of their family. However, pessimistic people can be enthusiastic people for three reasons such as way of thinking, inspired from energetic people and using positive words. First, enthusiastic people tend to think that nothing is impossible. They do not focus on why they cannot do something but they concentrate how to do it because they already know that they can do it. In the school scene, they expect that they can get an A grade in every classes and they eventually got fantastic grade every classes because they believe themselves. If pessimistic people change their mind to enthusiastic people’s mind, they will be able to be an enthusiastic people. Second, pessimistic people can be inspired by energetic people. Enthusiastic people can give the negative people positive effects if they are staying together. Pessimistic people can see the enthusiastic people acting to do something and how they communicate with the other people. They will learn how to be positive from enthusiastic people. They grew up with enthusiasm by the effect of their family so they had watched their family’s behavior and way of thinking during childhood. It is possible to be positive person even old pessimistic person. Third, they are using positive words all the time. They are trying to control themselves by positive words. Even though they are faced with problems, they are using great words and think about how to solve the problems. I am trying to use positive words to make myself an enthusiastic person too when I have some problems because I am an enthusiastic person. I have to give the people positive effects. People are trying to be an enthusiastic human being. It is possible to be them if you have positive way of thinking, having enthusiastic friends to get inspiration and positive words. 

Test Scores Drop in South Africa with New Education Plan

              There is a test for the South African high school students to graduate from their school in 2014. According to Angie Motshekga, 75.8 percent students passed the test. The rate decreased compared to rate of last year. There are two different ideas of this test result. President Jacob Zuma thinks South Africa should be admired but The Pan Africanist Congress party disagree this idea because this result shows South African people big problem about education system. Even if they gradated their high school, it is hard to get jobs so they need to study 12 years. South Africa has a lot of problems about education system. There are a lot of students dropped out this school. The government is trying to solve this problem so they created new education systems in 2012. They are used to give the students a test in grade 12 but they give the students in grade 10 a test. This program will lead to good teaching because teacher asks the students higher questions. The students think carefully about their study. The new test made by the higher questions. In the new test if they do not do well on the test, they can take it again. South America should invest to education system to improve. They also need to get some school materials first such as libraries, classroom and laboratories. They also need to make a lot of educated teachers to give the students higher teaching. It is going to cause the high education system. Education system is important in South Africa.

Why is learning English difficult for me.

When I study English, there are three reasons why learning English is difficult for me such as pronunciation, spelling and grammar. First of all, Pronunciation is difficult for me because English speakers have a different way how to move tongue compered to Japanese people. There is no "r" sound in Japanese so I have to practice many times about it. This sound never touches the tooth ridge but Japanese people touch the tooth ridge when they say similar words to “r” sound. I sometimes do not understand how to pronounce the English words. Besides, American people sometimes do not my English when I talk to them in person. If I speak grammatically correct English, I have to pronounce correctly to let them understand what I said. I have to do these things quickly in my brain so it is one of hard part to learn English. Second, writing a correct spelling of new words is difficult for me because the English word's sounds do not match to spelling. I have to take a look at my dictionary when I encounter a new word to check its spell. However, Japanese characters match the sounds. There is no confusion about spelling. I have never been confused by spelling of Japanese since I was child. Finally, writing and speaking correct grammar are difficult for me because it is totally different with Japanese grammar. When I was junior high school student, I learned English grammar at the first time but I could not understand very well because it was difficult for me so I understood English grammar after I graduated in high school. It took so many times to get to know it. For example, it does not matter if there is no subject in Japanese. In addition, verb must be put after the subject of the sentence in English but it should be put the last of the sentence in Japanese. However, I have to put subject in English. It sometimes makes me confused. Learning pronunciation, spelling and grammar are hard for me when I study English. If I get over these problems, I can speak English fluently. 

Introduction

     I am from Nagoya, Japan and my name is Yuta Kimura. It is located in center of the Japan. This is the third biggest city in Japan. There are three famous Japanese food in Nagoya. First one is called "Miso Katu". Second one is called "Miso Udon". The last one is called "Tebasaki". These are representative Nagoya's food. I have a just one younger brother. He is high school student in Japanese high school. He is a senior student so he will have to take a entrance exam to get into Japanese university. I like him and we are getting along each other. He respects me  a lot as a brother and vise versa. I like watching movies, playing basketball, swimming and chatting with my friends in my free time. I have been at ASU for a week. I decided to come here to study business and I am planing to get a job in Japan after I graduate from ASU. My major will be business administration. I can swim very fast because I had been practicing it for over 10 years.
